Demple is the widow of Dean Dunn. She has four children named: Rex, Carol, Sherri, and Terry. She has nine grandchildren named: Sierra, Kaci, Andrea, Amber, Kyle, Ashley, Alana, Michael, and Sterling and her step grandchildren are David and Joni. She has a great-grandchild named Kamari and also a step great-grandchild by the name of Emily. The time spent with her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren are the most significant events in her life. She has lived in Carterville, Georgia and Forrest Park, Georgia. The achievements that she is most proud are being the owner and operater of a full bakery and riding cross country with her husband, Dean, in a semi-big truck. Demple’s “Last Will and Testament” in 1955 was “I, Demple Westbrook, do transmit to Dorothy Hardin my quiet dignity.” She commented on this testament by saying, “I, Demple Westbrook, wish the very best of everything to Dorothy, as I want for myself from now on out." Demple’s class prophecy was “In Eastman Georgia, the local theater is now owned by Demple Westbrook.” She said that this had not came true and her wishes were now to retire and lose weight.
